Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a charming Victorian British tent vibe, with beautiful antique décor. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and styled to a high standard, though an ice machine in each would have been a nice addition. The service was exceptional, with a very friendly crew making our stay memorable, including a special beach dinner to celebrate our engagement. The location inside Yala Park was a unique experience, though it could have been quieter. The dining experience offered vibrant and delicious drinks in a lively 3-course meal setting. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredible with attention to every detail, but an ice machine would be a nice addition. The service was professional and welcoming, although some improvements in promptness could be made. The location, right inside Yala Park, was a unique experience despite being a bit noisy. The dining was vibrant and delicious, offering a delightful 3-course meal. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The hotel feels like stepping into a Victorian British expedition in Sri Lanka with its beautiful and antique design, offering incredible attention to detail in every aspect. The experience is enhanced by the gorgeous rooms, dining area, and safari game drives. However, some noise from the surroundings may disrupt the peace, and pricing for non-drinkers seems a bit unfair.
